Effective Year 2025. Welcome to Silver Springs Lodge, a senior wellness resort operated under silvspr.com. These terms govern your use of our services, info products, and goods.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Silver Springs Lodge at Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Wellness Packages

Wellness packages include spa treatments, therapeutic sessions, and wellness retreats. You may request a cancellation and fullrecovery of funds up to 14 days prior to service date. Requests made within 14 days and at least 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a partialrecovery of 50%. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before or no-shows are non-returnable due to reserved staffing and resources. You may transfer your booking once, subject to availability and a processing fee.

2.2 Info Products

Digital products such as guides and online courses are available for immediate access. You may request arecovery within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed the full content. Once full access is granted, digital products are non-returnable.

2.3 Goods

Physical goods purchased through our site may berecovered within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.recovery shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 14 days.

3. Refund and Transfer Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Refunds and transfers are handled as outlined above under each category. Refunds are issued via the original payment channel used at purchase. For bookings and courses, you may transfer dates or enrollments once without extra charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Services explicitly marked as non-returnable are staffed and prepared personally; hence norecovery is possible. For any refund or transfer request, please use our contact form with your booking or order details.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All charges will appear as Silver Springs Lodge on your statement.
